If you have registered for fall classes and submitted your 2020-21 FAFSA, you will receive notification regarding your status and the next steps within 14 days of your FAFSA being processed regarding your status.
To have your PIN to access the registration portal reset, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and student ID# and a request for a reset.
You can access the portal at https://shark.ces.edu:8910/seal/twbkwbis.P_ValLogin
a. USER ID: Your Student/Employee # (all 9 digits, no spaces, and no dashes, for example-> 000123456)
b. Pin: DOB (MMDDYY)
Do not change your pin even when prompted to do so, simply reenter the 6 digits of your date of birth.
If you have not registered for classes, please contact your academic advisor via email. Should you have issues, please email our office for assistance. Next, submit your FAFSA – this is a student-driven action that prompts the packaging process.

Handle Your Business: One Call Now
Central State University will be disseminating important messages regarding HYB information through One Call Now, our text messaging service provider. It is imperative that you choose to “opt in” to receive text messages from the University. You will be receiving an opt-in request message from the Office of the Registrar.
