Where do I go to get my mail?
Mail and packages sent to you may be picked up in the University Mail Center located in the Lewis/Simpson, next to the Office of Campus Police. The University Mail Center is open Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

How do I access the internet?

Wireless and wired internet services are available in all of CSU’s Residence Halls.

Preparing your computer

To access the internet, you will need to bring a computer running Windows 7 Service Pack 3, 8.1, or 10 or Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan (or later) and must have an antivirus installed.

• Wireless is available campus-wide including your room. IT recommends using Wi-Fi for internet connection.
• Remove illegally downloaded copyrighted materials, such as music and video files, games, and software. (Files downloaded from peer-to-peer file-sharing programs generally contain illegal copyrighted materials.) Please remove any peer-to-peer file-sharing (Torrent) programs before arriving on campus.
• Leave any network equipment—such as wireless access points, routers, and switches at home. They are not permitted in residence halls and are subject to confiscation if discovered.

As a current student, you can download a free copy of MSOffice 2016 to PCs, Macs, and any compatible mobile devices. (Visit MyCSU for details)
