TCN Behavioral Health Referral Process

TCN offers Walk in Clinics on Monday – Thursday in our Xenia office at 452 W Market St, Xenia, OH 45385, starting at 8:30 AM and we see up to 10 people without having a scheduled appointment.  If we are not able to see the person the day they come in, we schedule an appointment for them, most often that same week.

We offer walk in clinics on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays in our Fairborn office – 600 Dayton Yellow Springs Rd. at the same times as in Xenia.


In order for the student to be eligible for our flat fee charge they must be a Greene County resident, if they do not have private insurance or Medicaid in Ohio.  If they have private insurance they would be responsible for the co-pay at each visit.  If they have Medicaid then there is no out of pocket expense for any of our services.


The students would be eligible for all of our services (Mental Health, Psychiatric, Substance Use).  If there is a specific need for psychiatric care, we have slots typically on Tuesday and Thursday in our walk in clinic, and we can link the client to a psychiatric appointment that same day if there is an open slot.  Those cases I would recommend that you contact me (Chris Pinkelman)  to help coordinate and identify which clinic day would be best if the student needs to get in with one of our doctors right away.
