Your mental health needs are a priority for us.
If you are a current CSU Counseling Services client who has been seen individually for at least one session this spring 2020 semester, your counselor will reach out to you by phone to assess your needs and determine how best to meet them. Please make sure that your voicemail is set up and accepting new messages, as this is our primary means of contacting you.

If you are not a current client and you would like to utilize our services with CSU Counseling Services. Please call 937-376-6338 to make an appointment. Please leave a detailed message with your name, contact phone number, email, days and times you are available, and the date you called.

We also have a referral form that you may complete for yourself or refer another student. This form goes directly to Counseling Services. The link to complete a referral for yourself or another student is https://centralstate.edu/services/form/CounselingServices/Online-Referral.php.

We also asked that faculty, staff, and the CSU campus community continue to complete the above referral form if you know of a CSU student who is in need of CSU Counseling Services.
